Autonomous work with flexible hours We are looking for a freelance professional to manage the full lifecycle of electronic devices such as **phones, tablets, computers, and others**. Main Responsibilities ✅ Receipt and inspection of client equipment ✅ Basic device configuration and resolution of simple incidents ✅ Management of repairs and warranties with vendors and technical service providers ✅ Inventory control and equipment tracking ✅ Coordination of shipments and returns via courier companies ✅ Incident logging, reporting, and management metrics ✅ Case tracking until resolution Requirements ✔ Reside in **Bogotá, Colombia** ✔ Basic knowledge of electronic devices and Android systems ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace ✔ Excellent organizational and task-tracking skills ✔ Strong sense of commitment, responsibility, and integrity ✔ Ability to work autonomously Work Modality Freelance Flexible hours Long-term collaboration Interested?
