Supervision of facility maintenance and good condition A reputable airport services company is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to work at Ernesto Cortissoz Airport in Barranquilla, responsible for coordinating and supervising human resources, supplies, procedures, and information required to manage service for all customers, ensuring that every request is addressed promptly and accurately. Additionally, the role entails overseeing facility maintenance and condition to guarantee a premium experience aligned with company standards. Responsibilities · Coordinate and supervise customer service and general services staff. · Ensure personalized service for VIP and corporate clients. · Ensure compliance with security, quality, and passenger experience protocols. · Manage human and material resources for operational efficiency. · Resolve critical situations with a focus on customer satisfaction. · Supervise facility maintenance and condition. · Report performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. Requirements * Proven experience in team supervision. * Experience managing high-profile clients. * Leadership and effective communication skills. * Class B1 driver's license. * English proficiency (mandatory). * Experience in aviation, hospitality, or premium services (desirable). Position Conditions: Work City: Barranquilla Fixed-term contract for 3 months, with possibility of conversion to indefinite term.
