**Position to be filled:** TRAFFIC AND SECURITY CONTROLLER **Purpose of the position:** Monitor and safeguard cargo by preparing reports on its destination and taking necessary measures and actions in case of incidents occurring along the route traveled by drivers nationwide. **Professional profile:** High school graduate or technical degree holder in logistics-related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar or related areas. **Competencies:** Compliance with regulations, adaptability to change, work commitment, discipline, and teamwork. **Knowledge:** Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel, and logistics-focused platforms. **Employment conditions:** Contract is directly with the company on an indefinite-term basis. **Working hours:** Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday with one day off. **Salary:** $2.000.000, including all statutory benefits plus overtime, Sunday, and holiday pay. **Work location:** Barranquilla, Atlántico.
