Record and account for financial transactions. **At B\&A Group SAS, we are seeking a Treasury Assistant** to support payment management, financial obligation control, and reconciliations, ensuring appropriate handling of the company's resources. **Requirements:** * Technical or technological degree in Accounting or Finance, or a Public Accounting student. * Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury or accounting-related positions. * Proficiency in Office tools (especially Excel) and accounting systems. * Knowledge of supplier management, reconciliations, and payment processes. **Responsibilities:** * Record and account for disbursements, deposits, transfers, and other financial transactions. * Review legalizations of advances, travel allowances, and petty cash. * Monitor post-dated checks and payment scheduling. * Support petty cash administration and control (where applicable). * Perform accounts payable and supplier reconciliations. * Generate reports for portfolio management. **Working Conditions:** * Indefinite-term contract. * Work location: Chapinero. * Schedule: Monday to Friday (44 hours per week). * Salary: To be agreed upon.
