Main Responsibilities * Manage debt collection processes in pre-litigation and litigation stages. * Draft complaints, motions, appeals, and other legal documents. * Monitor, advance, and control judicial and administrative proceedings. * Consult and update case files in the Judicial Branch, TYBA, and other platforms. * Negotiate payment agreements and monitor portfolio recovery. * Provide legal support to the Legal Department and prepare management reports.
