A reputable company is currently seeking an Administrative Delegate for horizontal property administration, with skills in organization, customer service, administrative process tracking, and operational management support for the complex or building. Main Responsibilities * Provide timely and courteous service to residents, owners, and visitors. * Manage and track requests, petitions, complaints, and claims. * Support the implementation of decisions made by management and the Board of Directors. * Coordinate and supervise the provision of general services, maintenance, and suppliers. * Conduct periodic inspections of common areas and report any issues. * Maintain control and filing of administrative documentation. * Assist in preparing management reports and minutes when required. * Track work orders and preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Verify compliance with the Horizontal Property Regulation. * Support treasury, correspondence, and document management processes. * Coordinate with operational staff to ensure proper functioning of the co-ownership. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by management. Requirements * Technician or professional degree in Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 **year** of experience in horizontal property administration. * Knowledge of **Law 675 of 2001**. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, and email). * Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and service-oriented skills.
