Salary **$1\.800\.000** \+ statutory benefits. Contract Type Indefinite-term contract. Work Modality On-site. Work Location Carrera 63 \#14\-97 Torre B Piso 2, Barrio Montevideo, Bogotá. Working Hours Monday to Friday, **8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.**, with flexibility according to operational needs. Required Profile * Technical degree or student in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Communication, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum **6 months of experience** as a Trainer, Instructor, or Coach in a **Call Center**, preferably in **collections or bank portfolio recovery**. * Desired experience training collections advisors on financial products or within banking institutions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong writing and spelling abilities. * Public speaking skills, group leadership ability, and knowledge transfer capability. Responsibilities * Train and coach advisors responsible for managing **bank portfolios**. * Design and implement training programs for operational staff. * Develop training content and materials on collections processes, negotiation, and customer service. * Evaluate learning outcomes and monitor advisor performance. * Support call clinics, feedback sessions, and calibration activities. * Prepare training reports and metrics. * Ensure teams understand and apply portfolio recovery procedures, policies, and strategies. * Provide ongoing support to strengthen negotiation skills and achievement of performance indicators.
