Our company is currently looking for a **General Accountant** with a high sense of responsibility, leadership, and results orientation to join our team on a permanent basis. We seek a professional committed to excellence, capable of ensuring accurate accounting, financial, and tax management for the organization, providing reliable information for decision-making. Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company’s accounting and financial processes. * Develop and monitor budgets. * Perform monthly and annual financial closings. * Prepare and submit financial statements and managerial reports. * Ensure compliance with tax and accounting obligations. * Prepare and file national and municipal tax returns. * Supervise bank reconciliations and account analyses. * Monitor cash flow and track financial information. * Coordinate information required for internal, external, and statutory audits. * Supervise accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets processes. * Control and verify inventory handling and valuation. * Analyze financial indicators and propose improvement strategies. * Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax regulations. Requirements * Degree in **Public Accounting**. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the role of **General Accountant** or similar positions. * Knowledge of and experience applying the **International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)**. * Experience in preparing and filing taxes. * Proficiency in **Intermediate or Advanced Excel**. * Experience using accounting software, preferably **World Office Cloud**. * Experience in trading companies and inventory control (preferably in the textile sector).
