This role focuses on executing direct commercial actions, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company’s sustainable growth. **Responsibilities**: * Prospect and acquire new business through assigned brokers, continually seeking growth opportunities. * Present and promote Zurich’s products and services to brokers and their clients, highlighting benefits and competitive advantages. * Conduct visits, meetings, and commercial presentations to strengthen Zurich’s relationship and positioning. * Identify brokers’ and their clients’ needs to offer suitable and customized insurance solutions. * Negotiate commercial terms and collaborate in structuring offers, quotations, and proposals, ensuring mutual satisfaction. * Actively follow up on ongoing business—from quotation to closure and implementation. * Manage portfolio renewals and customer retention, ensuring business continuity and identifying expansion opportunities. * Maintain updated records of activities and commercial opportunities, reporting progress and results to management. * Comply with Zurich’s internal guidelines and industry regulations, including the Code of Ethics and the Anti-Money Laundering Manual. **Key Knowledge, Experience, and Skills**: Strong commercial skills, primarily developed in general insurance—namely Property, Financial Lines, Surety, and Engineering. **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Commercial Director in insurance companies, with broker management, analysis of commercial KPIs, report presentation, and commercial follow-up. **Education:** Degree in Law, Engineering, or Business Administration—preferably with specialization in Insurance.
