Position: Portfolio Coordinator A company in the healthcare sector is seeking a professional with proven experience in portfolio management and team leadership to ensure proper monitoring and recovery of institutional receivables. The Challenge Lead the organization’s receivables collection process, ensuring analysis, monitoring, institutional visits, report preparation, and efficient use of technological platforms—with a focus on timeliness, results, and financial control. Responsibilities o Manage and recover receivables from healthcare institutions. o Conduct institutional visits and monitor payment commitments. o Lead the team, ensuring guidance, supervision, and compliance. o Prepare management reports, performance indicators, and executive summaries. o Use SAP and office productivity tools for process management. o Coordinate with internal departments to support receivables recovery. Required Profile Professional degree in Accounting (preferred) or related fields. 2–3 years of experience managing receivables in the healthcare sector. Experience leading staff. Proficiency in SAP, Helisa, and office productivity tools. Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and teamwork skills. Conditions Contract: Indefinite-term.
