Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing financial resources, controlling income and expenses, handling banking relationships and cash flows to ensure liquidity and compliance. Job Objective To ensure proper management of the company’s financial resources through control of income and expenses, bank account management, payment scheduling, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting—thereby ensuring liquidity, fulfillment of financial obligations, and reliability of financial information. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts. * Schedule payments to suppliers, payroll, taxes, and other financial obligations. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Record financial transactions in the accounting system. * Monitor bank accounts and available balances. * Manage wire transfers, electronic payments, and checks. * Verify supporting documentation for payments. * Track due dates of financial obligations. * Administer online banking portals. * Support accounting and financial closing processes. * Prepare treasury reports. * Support internal and external audits. * Manage advances and expense reimbursements. * Validate collections and deposits. * Coordinate with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement departments. Responsibilities * Custody and control of financial resources. * Timely execution of payments. * Accuracy in reconciliations. * Confidentiality of information. * Cash flow control. * Compliance with financial policies. Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Technologist with relevant experience is also acceptable. Required Experience * Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury functions. * Banking relationship management. * Bank reconciliations. * Payment scheduling. * Cash flow management. * Online banking portal usage.
