Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established menu standards or based on customer preferences. b. Know and master cocktail and popular beverage recipes, as well as emerging beverage trends. c. Ensure beverages are of high quality and properly presented (in the appropriate glass, with suitable garnish, etc.). 2\. Customer Service a. Deliver friendly, efficient, and personalized service to each customer, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience. b. Listen to and understand customer needs, offering beverage recommendations or pairings according to their preferences. c. Handle customer complaints or issues calmly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction. 3\. Bar Management a. Organize and maintain the bar area clean and orderly at all times, including cleaning surfaces, glassware, utensils, and equipment.
