Improve NPS through measurable strategies and tangible operational results. * Professional Profile: Engineer, Business Administrator, or related degree. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience leading Customer Service / Customer Experience teams Knowledge of customer service practices in Colombia and other Latin American regions Experience leading teams with clearly defined KPIs Work Location: On-site employment
