Join us in shaping our future–and yours. **Role reports to:** REX OPERATIONS MANAGER**Location:** Latin America, Colombia, Valle del Cauca, Cali**Work Location:** Hybrid**What you will do** Supports commercial performance by managing and analyzing key execution tools, ensuring accurate commercial data, assisting in the deployment of new SFE capabilities, and contributing to capability development through the Activity House and tool adoption initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Contribute to the development and rollout of new SFE capabilities by preparing analyses, testing new features, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to enable smooth deployment and adoption. * Support the implementation of self\-service model that empowers the sales team to independently track and resolve tickets. * Support capability development efforts by assisting in the documentation, tracking, and maintenance of the Activity House framework and helping drive effective tool utilization across teams. **What we are looking for** Required Qualifications * Salesforce Knowledge: Advanced (Mandatory) * Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * At least 1\-2 years of experience in Shopper, Marketing, Sales or related areas. * Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to interpret data and generate valuable insights and recommendations. * English Level: Advanced * Detail\-oriented with strong organizational and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to a team environment.
