The candidate will be responsible for addressing technical incidents and requirements, ensuring operational continuity of IT equipment and services in accordance with established service levels. **Responsibilities:** * Provide first- and second-level technical support (L1/L2\). * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents. * Install, configure, and maintain computing equipment, printers, and peripherals. * Perform installation and configuration of Windows operating systems. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Configure and perform basic network testing. * Manage and update support tickets, documenting each intervention. * Escalate incidents when necessary and follow up until resolution. * Assist with installation and replacement of technological equipment as required. **Requirements:** * Technical or technological degree, or currently enrolled in a program related to Systems, Computer Science, or similar fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in on-site technical support. * Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11\. * Experience in basic hardware diagnosis and repair. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office). * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, connectivity, cabling). * Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, GLPI, Remedy, Jira, or similar). * Excellent customer orientation and communication skills. **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of Active Directory. * Experience working in airports, transportation companies, or corporate environments. * Availability to provide services according to demand. **We Offer:** * Freelance engagement with payment per completed visit. * Opportunity to work in an airport environment. * Flexibility to combine this role with other projects. * Potential to participate in future technology services and projects.
