Join us in our mission to revolutionize language education and empower learners worldwide. **Pedagogical Team Lead (Digital ELT Content)** We are looking for an experienced Pedagogical Team Lead to oversee the development and delivery of high\-quality digital English Language Teaching (ELT) content. This is a full\-time remote position for a professional who combines strong pedagogical expertise with leadership, project management, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in scaling our content operations, improving workflows, supporting team members, and ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding digital learning experiences. **Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership** * Lead and support a team of ELT content specialists. * Provide pedagogical guidance and quality oversight. * Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Support team development through coaching and feedback. **Project Management** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor content development projects. * Manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, and stakeholders. * Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. * Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. **Documentation and Knowledge Management** * Create and maintain process documentation. * Develop SOPs, templates, and workflow guidelines. * Ensure project documentation remains organized and up to date. * Support the creation of a strong internal knowledge base. **Content Development and Quality Assurance** * Develop, review, edit, and proofread digital ELT materials when needed. * Ensure linguistic accuracy, pedagogical effectiveness, and editorial consistency. * Maintain high standards across all content deliverables. **Essential Requirements** * Fluent English proficiency (C1/C2 required). * Proven experience in English Language Teaching (ELT). * Proven experience developing, editing, reviewing, and proofreading DIGITAL ELT content. * Experience working with digital learning products, LMS platforms, e\-learning environments, or authoring tools. * Previous experience leading teams, coordinating projects, or managing educational content operations. * Strong project management skills. * Experience designing and improving workflows and operational processes. * Experience creating and maintaining process and project documentation. * Exceptional organizational and communication skills. **Important** This role requires both strategic leadership and hands\-on contribution.
