We are committed to elevating travel \& culinary experiences for all our customer's journeys, becoming the top choice in the region. * Supervise the assigned shift's operations, meeting delivery timelines, quality standards, and client specifications. * Review and verify airline and industrial order information, paying close attention to quantities requested in orders. Communicate this information to the production team and ensure timely and accurate delivery to the holding box. * Conduct shift handover to the incoming supervisor, reporting all relevant updates. * Generate production bank handovers and ensure cold rooms are organized and cleaned by the end of the shift. * Prepare scheduling sheets for each process line in the area according to standardized work procedures. * Identify rework and food overproduction during processing and communicate cross-functionally to develop action plans. * Monitor internal inter-departmental delivery agreements to ensure KRT compliance. * Verify proper usage of raw materials, supplies, and consumables within production centers to prevent waste. * Ensure Level 1 management meetings are held and attend Level 2 management meetings\. * Daily recording of performance indicators on management dashboards.
