Receive frequent recognition from your leader, collaborate with a supportive team, and take pride in manufacturing products you yourself use at home. **Together, We Will Be Unstoppable!!** By assuming one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll help us win with consumers and the market—without losing sight of what matters most: safety, mutual respect, and human dignity. **About You** This position is part of Arbex’s investment to create new jobs and expand its capacity to produce premium products essential to millions of people worldwide—here at the Puerto Tejada plant, **Together, We Will Be Unstoppable!!.** This role will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of mill and conversion plant equipment by executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. **In this role, you will be responsible for:** **Instrumentation and Control** * Calibration and diagnostics of process instruments: Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, and analytical variables. * Handling of smart transmitters (HART). * Interpretation of P\&ID diagrams, loop diagrams, and electrical schematics. * Configuration and maintenance of variable frequency drives (VFDs). * Knowledge of control valves, pneumatic actuators, and positioners. **Industrial Automation** * Basic PLC diagnostics and programming: Allen Bradley/Rockwell, Schneider (desirable) * Knowledge of industrial networks: Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, Profibus * Handling of HMI and SCADA systems. * Interpretation of control logic and automatic sequences. **Industrial Electronics** * Diagnostics and repair of industrial electronic boards. * Use of measurement equipment: Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Process Calibrators * Interpretation of electronic and electrical circuits. **Maintenance and Reliability** * Execution of preventive and predictive maintenance. * Analysis and resolution of recurring failures. * Work order management in CMMS/SAP PM. * Application of root cause analysis methodologies. **To succeed in this position, you’ll need the following qualifications:** * Electronic Technician, Industrial Instrumentation, or Automation Technician * 3\+ years of experience in maintenance of industrial control systems, instrumentation, and automation. Ideal experience in the paper industry or conversion processes. * Preferred experience with Allen Bradley or Schneider PLCs, variable frequency drives, motion control, industrial networks, process instrumentation, and failure analysis in continuous manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of vacuum, steam, and drying systems. * Handling of servo motors and motion control systems. * Experience with machine vision and quality inspection systems. * Knowledge of IIoT platforms, KepServer, data historians, or Industry 4\.0\. * Experience with packaging equipment, rewinders, cutters, and balers. **Total Rewards:** Our people drive everything we achieve, which is why we invest in providing them with what they need to grow and thrive.
