Your employment will be legally administered through RemoFirst, while your day\-to\-day work is led by Porch Group. **Job Summary** The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love you to be a part of it as a **FlexFund Support Representative, IRE** The FlexFund Support Representative is responsible for supporting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle by addressing inquiries, managing order workflows, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless client experience while identifying opportunities to improve processes and system performance. **What You Will Do As A FlexFund Support Representative, IRE** * Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries and guiding them through processes. * Analyze incoming requests and determine the most effective and appropriate solutions. * Manage order workflows from creation to completion, ensuring timely processing and proper handling. * Ensure accuracy of order details across internal systems. * Identify, analyze, and report system bugs or operational issues based on daily workflow observations; ensure proper documentation and timely escalation. * Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve order\-related concerns **What You Will Bring As A FlexFund Support Representative, IRE** * 1\+ year of experience in customer service or technical support (preferred). * Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet strict deadlines. * Effective multitasking and time management skills. * Tech\-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems (CRM, reporting tools, etc.). * Experience working with global and/or US bUS\-basedased business teams * Excellent written and communication skills in the English language * Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download \| 10 Mbps upload **What You Will Get Supporting Porch Group** Monthly Salary: **COP 2,400,000\.00** \#LI\-FQ1 \#LI\-Remote **What’s next?** Submit your application below and our Talent Acquisition team will be reviewing your application shortly!
