Job Summary: Sales and Technical Support Agent responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls and chats, providing support and generating sales opportunities, with a focus on customer service and results. Development of sales and communication skills As a Sales and Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, and managing chats—providing support and offering effective solutions to customers while generating sales opportunities. Main Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls. - Technical support and customer service via chat and calls. - Identifying customer needs and closing sales. Requirements: - Full-time availability. - Availability to work on-site. - Sales and customer service skills. - Excellent attitude, communication skills, and results orientation. Work Modality: On-site, full-time, with 2 days off per week. Location: North Point Salary and Benefits: Earn up to $4.000.000 COP! Base Salary: $1.750.905 COP.
