Prepare simple reports on findings and trends We are looking for a **Customer Service and Projects Assistant** to support case management, user follow-up, and the execution of customer satisfaction studies, surveys, and mystery shopper programs. **Responsibilities** * Manage requests from internal and external customers. * Record and track cases, incidents, and service alerts. * Support the operation of customer satisfaction surveys and service evaluations. * Review evidence and supporting documents submitted in mystery shopper studies. * Prepare simple reports on findings and trends. **Requirements** * Strong communication and writing skills. * Basic proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * Interest in customer service, quality, and operational projects. * Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite) Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: Onsite
