Hourly Rate: $10 Employment Type: Part time **Key responsibilities:** * Manage complex calendars, including recurring weekly, monthly, and annual meetings, ensuring alignment across stakeholders. * Monitor and track conference deadlines, speaking opportunities, and key industry events for the leadership team. * Maintain CRM accuracy through consistent data entry, cleaning, and database management. * Organize and manage a digital resource library using structured taxonomies for easy access and scalability. * Draft, edit, and send professional communications, including outreach and follow\-up emails. * Support the creation and formatting of high\-quality PowerPoint presentations. * Proactively track deadlines, action items, and follow\-ups to ensure smooth operational flow and timely execution. **Candidate requirements:** * At least 3 years of experience as a Business Assistant supporting US\-based clients. * Native\-level Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken). * Demonstrated expertise in calendar management, including recurring and high\-volume scheduling. * Hands\-on experience with CRM systems and maintaining data integrity. * Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple competing deadlines.
