Commercial Development Executive — JZ LYNARA At JZ LYNARA, we are experiencing growth and are looking to welcome a Commercial Development Executive to our team — someone with an excellent attitude, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for customer service and commercial development. Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional attention to prospects assigned by the company, address their questions, deliver Corporate Presentations, and accompany each prospect throughout their incorporation process. Main Responsibilities * Attending to and following up with prospects assigned by the company. * Contact and communication via WhatsApp. * Delivering Corporate Presentations. * Addressing inquiries using official company information. * Coordinating initial training sessions for new affiliates. * Following up until each incorporation is successfully completed. * Keeping all process-related information updated. * Participating in corporate meetings and training sessions. Work Modality 100% Remote Work If any in-person activity is required, the company will cover corresponding travel expenses and provide advance notice. Operating Hours We offer two available shifts, assigned based on each Executive’s availability and the Commercial Area’s coverage needs: Morning Shift Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Evening Shift Monday to Friday: 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturdays: 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Shifts are non-rotating. During the incorporation process, the shift best suited to the candidate’s availability will be determined, subject to the Commercial Area’s coverage needs. The scheduled hours reflect operational and commercial availability. Continuous online presence throughout the entire shift is not required; however, you must remain available to promptly attend to assigned prospects and carry out necessary follow-ups. Once a prospect is assigned, it is the Executive’s responsibility to follow up until the process is fully concluded — even if subsequent interactions occur outside of your scheduled operating hours. If a prospect is scheduled for a Corporate Presentation, you must accompany them and actively participate in the session.
