Together, we pursue the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure evidence synthesis for HEVA deliverables and execute real-world evidence (RWE) projects. * Evidence synthesis + comparative effectiveness for payer value stories (SLR, ITC/NWM) * Provide clinical deliverables for dossier building and HTA submissions. * Execute and train on therapeutic value tools. * Collaborate with global HEVA-related teams for glocal collaboration. * Design and conduct RWE studies per the evidence generation plan. * Responsible for global study approvals. * Align with the Medical Affairs team to ensure appropriate governance. * Strengthen partnerships to obtain datasets for RWE studies. * Identify and manage relevant vendors for project execution. * Collaborate with the LATAM HEVA team to ensure appropriate cross-functional cooperation serving all relevant countries. * Collaborate with LATAM and local Market Access teams to align project prioritization and execution. **About You** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry delivering studies for HEOR or Medical Affairs teams. Familiarity with evidence synthesis methods for health technology assessment (HTA). Experience executing retrospective observational studies is desirable. * **Soft and Technical Skills:** Influence-based leadership, results orientation, project management, evidence synthesis, health technology assessment, biostatistics, data analysis.
