Requirements Technical or technological degree in Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields. • Advanced knowledge of office automation, microcomputers, laptop support, PCs, printers, multifunctional devices, antivirus, operating systems, and remote management systems. • Preventive and corrective maintenance, and hardware and software configuration for PCs, laptops, printers, and multifunctional devices. • Basic knowledge of networks and telecommunications.
