In this position, different work areas will be assigned as needed to ensure production goals are met, quality products are produced, and performance is maximized while adhering to all safety policies and regulations. **This is a permanent position located in Restrepo, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Please note that Cargill does not provide relocation assistance to the work location.** **Shift/Work Schedule: Day Shift** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------------- * Responsible for feeding poultry. * Performs egg collection, grading, and disinfection. * Manages poultry bedding. * Maintains order, cleanliness, and upkeep of poultry houses. * Executes assigned repetitive tasks, which may require physical effort and/or concentration, in compliance with specified quality, food safety, and safety requirements, among others. * Tasks require the use of tools and/or manually operated machinery. * Prepares supplies, tools, and equipment to support and initiate departmental processes. * Knows and complies with corporate regulations. **QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------ **Minimum Qualifications** * At least 18 years of age * Completed primary education * Ability to read and write in Spanish without difficulty * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, squatting, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation * Ability to lift up to 25 kg, with or without reasonable accommodation.
