On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will prepare budgets and forecasts, conduct variance analysis, develop complex financial models to assess projects and profitability, and prepare executive reports for the Board and Head Office—while also driving continuous improvement through process automation. For this role, candidates must hold a degree in Finance, Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; possess at least three years of experience in FP\&A functions; and demonstrate advanced technical skills including expert-level Excel proficiency, AI integration experience, SQL and ERP knowledge. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** Are you the strategic mind that will elevate our financial decision-making at Natura? Profile: Senior Financial Planning Analyst * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in FP\&A or Financial Analysis roles within companies. Profile: Senior Financial Planning Analyst * **Knowledge and tools:** Expert-level Excel proficiency, experience integrating with artificial intelligence, SQL and ERP knowledge.
