Create and register equipment with technical and accounting information **Job Description** ---------------------- A company located in Medellín is seeking an Asset Manager for its team, with two (2) years of experience in database management, inventory management, and asset management. Academic Qualifications: Graduate in Administration, Telecommunications, or related fields. Job Mission: To manage and maintain updated customer databases and assets, ensuring correct administration of technical and accounting information, and supporting operational and financial decision-making. Responsibilities: * Maintain up-to-date information on the company’s regional assets within the customer’s operating system. * Create and register equipment acquired by the customer individually and via bulk uploads, including technical and accounting information. * Request the Finance Department to create assets in SAP and forward corresponding information to requesting departments. * Update inventories of items in operation or stored in the customer’s information system. * Generate reports from the information system for departments requiring them. Knowledge Requirements: * Advanced database management skills. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Intermediate inventory management skills. * Intermediate technical knowledge. Professional Competencies: Analytical ability, results orientation, and organizational skills. Salary: $2,290,000 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
