




Position Summary: Support portfolio management, registration, control, and monitoring of students' financial obligations to ensure effective recovery and student service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Portfolio management, collections, and financial control. 2. Financial assistance and guidance for students and their guardians. 3. Preparation of portfolio reports and operational support. Support portfolio management through registration, control, reconciliation, and monitoring of students' and third parties' financial obligations, contributing to effective portfolio recovery, appropriate student service, and institutional financial sustainability. **Main Responsibilities** **Portfolio Management and Collections** * Register tuition, financial fees, and other academic charges. * Monitor outstanding balances for active, withdrawn, or graduated students. * Support preventive and persuasive collection efforts (phone calls, emails, official WhatsApp). * Manage payment agreements, debt refinancing, or debt freezes. **Financial and Administrative Control** * Update portfolio databases and collection reports. * Reconcile payments with treasury and accounting departments. * Verify payment documentation and financial updates. * Support billing processes and credit/debit notes when applicable. **Student Service** * Provide guidance on account statements, financing options, payment deadlines, and payment methods. * Address financial inquiries from students and their guardians. * Route special cases to portfolio, finance, admissions, or student welfare departments. **Reporting and Operational Support** * Prepare periodic portfolio and collection reports. * Support internal and external audits on financial matters. * Maintain updated physical and digital archives. **Education** Technical, technological, or university student in: * Accounting * Finance * Administration * Related fields **Key Competencies** * Portfolio and collections management. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Academic systems or financial ERP systems (preferably in higher education institutions). * Basic regulatory knowledge in education and finance. * Customer service and handling of complaints, suggestions, inquiries, and claims (PQRS). * **Monday to Friday:** + 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **or** + 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (every 15 days) **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract **Salary:** Current legal minimum wage \+ statutory benefits \+ commissions
