Ready to lead the evolution of our Azure cloud infrastructure? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for an Azure Infrastructure and Security Leader with over 5 years of experience managing the Microsoft Azure platform, specializing in networking, security, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and Microsoft Entra ID. If you possess strong technical leadership, autonomy, and the ability to self-manage in dynamic environments, this role is for you. This is a key opportunity to drive the stability, security, and continuity of our critical services—delivering direct impact on our operations while advancing your professional growth by leading large-scale projects. ### **Responsibilities** * Continuously administer and optimize the Microsoft Azure infrastructure platform. * Manage essential cloud services such as App Services, Azure SQL, Virtual Networks, Virtual WAN, Azure Firewall, Storage, and Microsoft Entra ID. * Design and implement infrastructure solutions aligned with defined architecture standards. * Coordinate technical activities and workstreams with multidisciplinary teams across development, architecture, and operations. * Respond to and resolve critical incidents, ensuring maximum service availability and continuity. * Promote and implement operational, security, and governance best practices in the cloud environment. * Timely diagnose and manage technical risks across concurrent projects. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. * **Experience:** Over 5 years of experience leading and administering infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, including mission-critical production environments and complex cloud connectivity and security projects. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Virtual Networks, Virtual WAN, Azure Firewall, Storage) * Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management * Cloud networking, connectivity, and security * Cloud database administration and optimization * Azure architecture, governance, and operational best practices ### **APPLY NOW and become part of this story!** **Conditions** --------------- * You may be located in any LATAM country. * **Indefinite-term contract or Contractor** — We seek long-term relationships and want you to be part of our family for many years! * **Looking for professional growth?** At Sofka, we offer a **learning ecosystem** with multiple tools to bridge skill gaps and strengthen your capabilities.
