We are currently recruiting a **Business Analyst**, who will be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and defining solutions that connect organizational objectives with technological capabilities—contributing to the success of transformation initiatives and continuous improvement. **Role Responsibilities** * Analyze processes, systems, and operational models to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. * Elicit, document, and manage functional and business requirements in collaboration with various departments and stakeholders. * Assess current-state processes and define solution proposals aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. * Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical and development teams. * Design and model business processes focused on improving operational efficiency, user experience, and value generation. * Conduct research, information analysis, and data evaluation to support decision-making. * Actively participate in working sessions, discovery workshops, functional validations, and initiative follow-ups. * Support solution implementation and monitor project progress to ensure defined objectives are met. * Produce functional documentation, process diagrams, user stories, and other business analysis artifacts. * Share findings, recommendations, and best practices that contribute to continuous improvement of processes and solutions. **Requirements** * **2–3 years of experience** as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role. * Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and managing requirements. * Knowledge of business process analysis and design. * Experience interacting with end users, business leaders, and technical teams. * Ability to document functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and processes. * Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization. * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams. **Desirable** * Experience in digital transformation projects. * Familiarity with process modeling and management tools. * Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Knowledge of business strategy and continuous improvement.
