As the local category leader, you will ensure effective portfolio commercialization, achievement of the category’s financial and business objectives, and transformation of customer, product, and market insights into actionable business opportunities that drive sustainable growth and value creation for the organization. **Some of your key responsibilities will include:** * Category Performance and Growth Management * Strategic Portfolio Management and Optimization * Launch and Commercialization of Innovations and Renovations * Pricing Strategy and Profitable Growth Management * Generation of Market, Product, and Customer Insights **To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications:** * Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 8+ years of experience across strategic **Category Management, Product Management, Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Sales**, with proven ability to design and execute CATMAN plans based on shopper, consumer, and market insights that drive category growth.
