We are looking for a Systems Analyst with at least twelve (12) months of experience in areas related to information technologies, technical support, and IT infrastructure administration, to contribute to the development and efficiency of the organization’s technological infrastructure. Academic Qualifications: Technologist or professional in systems, networks, servers, or related information technology fields. Job Mission: Continuously improve business processes through the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects, ensuring integration with users and the proper functioning of systems, servers, networks, and technological platforms. Responsibilities: * Identify opportunities for improvement in organizational processes through analysis and management of technological requirements. * Plan, execute, and control technology development and renewal projects, with support from third parties. * Administer and monitor servers, networks, and cybersecurity systems. * Manage technology vendors through quotations, purchases, and tracking of contracted services. * Train users on the appropriate use of systems and technological tools. Knowledge: * Development in .NET, Java, PHP, HTML, and CSS. * Windows server administration. * SQL Server and MySQL databases. * Basic networking knowledge. * Technical support. Professional Competencies: Analytical thinking and decision-making, organization and planning, interpersonal skills, internal customer service, service orientation, and quality focus.
