You will play a key role in setting technical strategy and fostering innovation within a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** * Direct the architecture and development of AI models and algorithms * Supervise the deployment of machine learning pipelines and operational workflows * Manage the integration of AI technologies into live production environments * Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on AI engineering standards * Partner with stakeholders to establish project objectives and technical specifications * Assess and choose suitable tools and frameworks for AI development * Track and enhance model efficiency and scalability * Uphold data privacy and ethical guidelines in all AI projects * Explore and evaluate new AI advancements and industry trends * Maintain thorough documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams **Requirements** * At least 7 years of experience in AI engineering or related disciplines * Minimum 2 years leading or managing teams of 20 or more engineers * Experience participating in at least 2 end\-to\-end projects or involvement in multiple projects spanning various development phases * Demonstrated success in delivering AI and GenAI projects from initial concept to working prototypes * Ability to convert complex business needs into clear technical plans for executive leadership * Strategic approach to prioritizing innovation that delivers substantial business value * Skilled at navigating uncertainty and establishing structure in undefined situations * Comprehensive knowledge of Google Cloud’s ecosystem for designing scalable and robust AI solutions * Strong English communication skills at B2\+ level or higher, both spoken and written
