As a Compliance Specialist, Transparency, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global transparency reporting program. Collaborating with a diverse team, you will ensure compliance with U.S. Open Payments and other international transparency requirements by collecting, reviewing, and reporting data on our interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large data sets, demonstrating proficiency in processing and organizing substantial volumes of data on a regular basis. The Compliance Specialist, based in Bogotá, Colombia, will report to the Compliance Director based in the U.S. who oversees global transparency reporting. This is a full\-time, hybrid position with a one\-year term, intended to provide coverage during a team member’s planned leave. Expected start date is February 2, 2026\. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** · Collaborate with internal teams to compile, review, correct, and submit data as mandated by federal authorities in the United States and other regions.
