We are looking for a Data professional who is analytical, strategic, and results-oriented, with the ability to transform large volumes of information into indicators and reports that support business decision-making. The professional will be responsible for consolidating, cleaning, analyzing, and managing databases; building management indicators (KPIs); preparing executive reports; performing statistical analyses; identifying improvement opportunities; ensuring data quality; and generating reports for various company departments. Additionally, they must propose improvements and automations to optimize operational analysis and monitoring processes. We seek professionals with degrees in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Technologists with demonstrable experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools will also be considered. A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Data Analyst, Information Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role is required, preferably within financial institutions, banks, fintech companies, payment service providers, or companies with nationwide operations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including expertise in PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, dynamic charts, data validation and cleansing, handling large datasets, and advanced functions. Knowledge and experience in Power BI are highly desirable, including data modeling, dashboard creation, indicator development, information visualization, report publishing, and analysis using DAX language. Knowledge of SQL and other data analysis tools is valued. Familiarity with the Colombian territory—including departments, municipalities, regions, and their geographical distribution—is desirable, enabling operational data analysis, zone-based reporting, coverage validation, and supporting nationwide operational planning.
