Development of conceptual and statistical models to anticipate changes. **Date:** Mar. 12, 2026 **Location:** Colombia, Bogotá **Company:** deloittemx **What does a typical day in this role look like?** As a Senior Economist, you will be responsible for the following: * Supporting the creation and development of economic intelligence generated by the Economic Analysis team to assist the firm’s strategic planning. * Conducting analysis and preparing reports on the macroeconomic context and industrial sectors across Latin America to serve as inputs for developing, monitoring, and evaluating the firm’s strategic plans. * Developing reports for clients and firm leaders on Latin American economics—both at the macroeconomic and sectoral levels—with a particular focus on the Andean Region. * Preparing presentations on macroeconomic and sectoral analysis of the region. * Delivering presentations of completed work to clients and firm leaders in the Andean Region to help inform strategic planning, budget programming, and commercial decisions. * Providing support in developing conceptual and statistical models to generate actionable signals that anticipate changes and developments in the regional economy.
