Position: Call Center Educator – PSP Education: Technical Degree in Nursing Assistance Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare system and in patient education via call center Purpose of the Position: Ensure correct patient enrollment and follow-up in various Patient Support Programs (PSP), providing continuous guidance and accompaniment. Main Responsibilities: Conduct proper patient enrollment into the PSP. Educate patients according to guidelines approved by the client. Maintain an updated database. Identify and escalate access barriers promptly. Comply with pharmaceutical industry compliance and privacy regulations. Timely direct patients throughout their care process.
