Academic Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Specific Responsibilities: * Monitor liquidity of the company. * Prepare financial reports for management and committees. * Develop financial projections. * Monitor billing of managed assets. * Analyze the economic situation of projects and assets. Required Knowledge: * Advanced Excel. * Financial indicators. * Power BI. * Knowledge of the real estate sector (preferred). * Database analysis, SQL, Python, and DAX. * Proficiency in technologies for financial control and analysis.
