We are seeking a Human Management Assistant with six (6) months of experience in area-related processes, who can contribute their talent to supporting human talent processes, thereby strengthening administrative processes, personnel management, and organizational growth. Academic Qualifications: Technical degree in Human Management or related fields. Job Mission: Support sub-processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee well-being, occupational safety and health, payroll, and other administrative activities within the human management department, to ensure the effective operation of human talent processes in the organization. Responsibilities: * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Manage personnel onboarding processes. * Process social security affiliations. * Support the implementation of employee well-being programs. * Administer databases and assist in information management using Excel. Knowledge Requirements: * Basic Excel proficiency. * Internet usage skills. Professional Competencies: Teamwork, assertive communication, and proactivity.
