Academic Qualifications: Technical or technological degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Specific Responsibilities: * Prepare payroll using SIIGO software and enter verified payroll updates. * Calculate social security payroll, final settlements, vacation pay, and severance payments. * Process affiliations and updates with EPS (Health Providers), ARL (Occupational Risk Insurers), Pension Funds, and Compensation Funds. * Lead recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and assessments. * Coordinate onboarding, training, and occupational wellness programs. * Support the implementation of the SG-SST and administrative management of the department. Required Knowledge: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Experience with SIIGO accounting software and Microsoft Word. * Database management skills. * Familiarity with social security platforms (ARL, EPS, AFP, CCF). * Experience with PILA–ARUS payment platform. * Knowledge of labor legislation. Salary: COP 2,000,000 + statutory benefits. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one hour for lunch. No work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
