Location: Cali Type: On-site As an IPS Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the optimization of industrial processes and managing improvement projects, ensuring the effective application of the Ingredion Performance System (IPS) across all plants. This role aims to positively impact performance indicators through the implementation of continuous improvement practices, technical analysis, and management of optimization and efficiency initiatives. What You’ll Do? * Ensure full implementation of the IPS System in 100% of the plants. * Train and guide teams in the implementation of the IPS System. * Ensure effective implementation of BOPs (Best Operating Practices) and actively contribute to their development and updating. * Provide technical support to production processes focused on reducing losses, cycle times, and generating savings. * Conduct detailed technical studies on the efficiency of key processes, proposing recommendations based on data analysis. * Analyze process variables directly impacting KPIs, generating action plans for improvement. * Develop cost savings studies and manage the project portfolio in coordination with engineering teams (Process + IPS). * Lead plant capacity analysis (“Process Profile”), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. * Review and adjust technical material lists (BOM) to improve input consumption efficiency. What Will You Bring? * Years of experience: Minimum 2 years as a leader in Continuous Improvement Processes, Project Management, or Production. * Area of specialization: Industrial, Chemical, Food Engineering or related fields. Master's degree or specialization in Project Management or Continuous Improvement Systems is optional. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, TPM, WCM, among others. Green Belt / Black Belt training or certification. * Desired behavioral traits: Leadership and teamwork skills, strategic and innovative mindset, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities, proactive decision-making to achieve corporate goals, **E**motional Intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills.
