You will have the opportunity to shape technical direction and contribute to innovation in a fast\-paced environment. **Responsibilities** * Lead the design and development of AI models and algorithms * Oversee the implementation of machine learning pipelines and workflows * Guide the integration of AI solutions into production systems * Mentor and support team members in AI engineering best practices * Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and technical requirements * Evaluate and select appropriate tools and frameworks for AI projects * Monitor and optimize model performance and scalability * Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical standards in AI development * Conduct research to stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends * Document technical processes and share knowledge across the organization **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI engineering or related fields * At least one year of experience managing or leading teams of 5 or more engineers * Proven track record delivering AI and GenAI projects from concept to functional prototypes * Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable technical roadmaps for executive stakeholders * Strategic mindset focused on prioritizing innovation that drives significant business outcomes * Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and defining structure where direction is unclear * Deep understanding of Google Cloud’s ecosystem for building scalable and sustainable AI solutions * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English at B2\+ level or higher
