To better tackle these challenges, **you need**: * Technical skills and expertise to develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications (Android and iOS) using Flutter. This includes building new features and enhancing existing ones. * To perform application testing and debug errors to ensure final product quality. * To collaborate closely with designers and other developers to implement attractive and efficient user interfaces. You must also participate in project planning and review meetings, sharing ideas and improvement proposals. * To contribute to the architecture and design of new features and enhancements for existing applications. This involves understanding and applying software design principles and application architecture concepts. * To document code and processes to facilitate comprehension and maintenance. This includes creating technical documentation and updating it as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** It is highly important that you have: * Minimum 3 years of experience developing mobile applications with Flutter. * More than 5 years of experience developing mobile and full-stack applications. * Advanced proficiency in Flutter and its ecosystem (Dart, custom widgets, state management, animations). * Experience integrating RESTful APIs and implementing clean architectures (e.g., Clean Architecture, MVVM). * Additional skills: Experience working with Git and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Adherence to best practices in software development (code reviews, unit testing, integration testing). * Knowledge of app store management and publishing—both open and closed releases. * Component architecture.
