Air Products Colombia is seeking an administrative intern for the production area to support inspections, database updates, procedure tracking, and document management.

Currently, we are seeking an **Administrative Intern for the Production Area** at our plant located in **Sibaté, Cundinamarca.**
**Responsibilities:**
* Inspection and documentation of instrumentation tags per P\&D diagrams.
* Updating valve databases and completing supporting information for the Mechanical Integrity Program.
* Supporting procedure updates and standardization.
* Supporting EMOC follow-ups and information updates.
* Supporting closure of EHS audit and internal SMC audit findings.
* Updating documentary support for medicinal CO2 and Oxyhelio releases.
* Supporting creation and follow-up of SOLPEDs.
* Reviewing and identifying piping lines, flow direction, and tags.
* Developing alarm, shutdown, CSS, and LSS tables based on available information.
* Developing isometrics and piping data for the MIM program.
* Providing documentary support for closing EHS, CM, EM, and SMC audit findings.
* Supporting facility maintenance management.
**Requirements:**
* Technical or technological education in Chemistry, Document Management, Maintenance, or administrative fields. (Not university-level programs)
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
* Availability to work Mondays and Tuesdays from 7:00 – 17:00 hrs., and Wednesdays through Fridays from 7:00 – 16:00 hrs.
* Eligible to sign a SENA apprenticeship agreement.
* On-site work at the Sibaté Plant, with occasional days during the week at the Bogotá office (Cll. 13 No. 69\-30\).
