Interacts with many different functional departments, suppliers, and experts outside Zimmer Biomet to implement Zimmer Biomet Quality goals. **How You'll Create Impact** ---------------------------- Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Review and analyze product complaints through investigations to determine a definitive root cause. * Perform risk assessment using FMEAs * Collects and analyzes data for product evaluation. * Work and coordinate with a cross\-functional team to gather objective evidence to support investigation conclusion. **What Makes You Stand Out** ---------------------------- Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities) Ability to work within a team environment and build relationships outside of the department as well as outside the company (suppliers, regulatory agencies, etc.). Microsoft Office Suite **Your Background** ------------------- Education/Experience Requirements B.S. in engineering or an alternative Bachelor’s degree program with certification as a quality engineer (e.g. CQE). 0\-3 years of work experience.
