Collaborate on responsible AI and compliance efforts We are seeking an innovative and experienced **Senior AI Engineer** to support our clients in advancing their AI capabilities across various initiatives including AI\-powered customer support, agentic staff training and agentic shopping. **Responsibilities** * Develop and optimize AI agents leveraging LLMs such as OpenAI APIs on Azure * Design and implement function calling methodologies to enhance AI agent capabilities * Ensure chatbot accuracy and reliability through hallucination prevention techniques * Integrate and streamline AI workflows using Python * Collaborate on responsible AI and compliance efforts to align with ethical AI guidelines * Lead initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI development * Partner with teams to support agent\-based training and AI\-driven shopping solutions **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience with LLMs, Claude Code or similar technologies * Strong coding proficiency in Python for AI development and integration * Knowledge of hallucination prevention techniques and MCP * Background in Responsible AI, compliance best practices and ethical AI * Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI * English proficiency at B2 level or higher **Nice to have** * Ability to define and implement testing strategies using chatbot performance metrics * Proficiency in exploratory data analysis (EDA) and A/B testing methodologies * Understanding of cloud services or ability to define cloud engineering requirements * Experience creating data requirements for data engineering teams
