




We are seeking an **Occupational Safety and Health Technician (OSH)** with experience in document management, advanced database handling, and information administration in Google Drive. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the OSH Management System (OSH-MS), managing records, updating data, and ensuring proper organization and accessibility of institutional information. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage, update, and clean databases related to the OSH-MS. * Administer folders, permissions, backups, and organization in Google Drive. * Prepare reports, summaries, and consolidated documents as required by the department. * Conduct document tracking (minutes, supporting documents, records, evidence). * Support the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. * Maintain up-to-date information on training, inductions, inspections, and other OSH-MS activities. * Generate management indicators and consolidate information for audits. * Verify compliance with legal and documentary requirements of the system. * Support induction, re-induction, and implementation processes of OSH programs. **Requirements** * Technical or technological degree in Occupational Safety and Health. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in database management. * Advanced proficiency in Google Drive and Google Workspace tools. * Knowledge of Excel / Spreadsheets (filters, pivot tables, data validation). * Familiarity with OSH-MS regulatory standards. * Strong ability to manage digital documentation and files. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. **How to Apply** Send your resume to **Talentohumano@cumbrecolombia.com**, with the subject line: **“OSH Technician”**.
