Ensuring achievement of the Institution’s financial targets **Job Description** ---------------------- Strategically lead academic, administrative, and financial processes. * Represent the institution before educational authorities and implement decisions made by the school governing body. * Comply with the current General Education Law, its decrees and resolutions, before the Secretariat of Education, the Ministry of Education, and other regulatory bodies. * Lead the definition of the strategic framework for the Institution’s academic, administrative, and financial processes. * Guide the adjustment and implementation of the Institutional Educational Project (PEI). * Collaborate with section directors to develop criteria and annual operational plans aimed at continuous improvement of academic processes for the benefit of all students. * Ensure achievement of the Institution’s financial targets through appropriate management of personnel responsible for administrative and financial areas.
