




Position Summary: Leads and coordinates activities related to human talent, labor relations, policies, and programs, supervising regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads the planning and coordination of human talent and labor relations. 2. Implements HR policies and processes, from recruitment to development. 3. Ensures compliance with regulations on occupational health, safety, and well-being. Position: Head of Human Resources Department Responsibilities: \-Plan, direct, and coordinate activities and operations related to human talent, labor relations, policies, programs, procedures, and practices of a company, department, or organization in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policy. \-Plan, develop, and implement procedures, policies, and processes for recruitment, hiring, training, development, promotion, transfer, and termination of personnel. \-Coordinate, supervise, and verify compliance with the internal work regulations and health, well-being, safety, and related personnel programs in accordance with organizational policies and regulations. \-Implement job description manuals, structure staffing plans, and develop training and development programs. \-Plan, direct, and supervise personnel training, development, scheduling, performance evaluation, selection, and hiring in accordance with organizational policies and regulations.
